On my shopping trip, I ran by (not literally) Academy and bought a new pair of running shoes. I spent more than I ever have on shoes, but they are so comfortable and cushiony! By the way, just got back from running 3.5 miles! It must be the shoes!

I don't think there are any shoes in the world that would make me want to run any distance. Yea you!
I hope we can run together next week....we will be out of town until Wed. Run for me please. I am finding out shoes DO make a difference!!!! Love the decor finds from your shopping trip!!!!
