Todd, I promise, has more shirts than just his Astros one! In every picture we have taken together lately, he is wearing this shirt.
Thursday evening we spent some time on the beach. Later in the evening one of the radio stations put on a firework show on the water. There were so many people parked along the beaches, so Cindy and I rode in the back of the truck as Todd drove down the beach road! The first half of the firework show was dedicated to the Katrina survivors and the second half to the troops. They played the final broadcast of the evacuation and when Katrina actually hit before the firework show began. It was eerie listening to the disc jockey from that night on Aug. 29th, 2005.
